Adarga Achieves ISO Certifications for Quality and Information Security Management
We at Adarga are dedicated to ensuring the quality, safety and efficiency of our products, services and systems. As such, we are pleased to have been awarded internationally recognised certifications for Quality Management (ISO 9001) and Information Security Management (ISO 27001) for the fifth year running.
The International Organisation for Standardisation (ISO) has developed the world’s most recognisable set of voluntary international standards - focused on delivering world-class safety, efficiency and quality. Adarga worked with the British Assessment Bureau, the UK’s leading ISO Certification Body, to achieve its certifications which are outlined in more detail below.
The ISO Quality Management certification (ISO 9001) is the most internationally recognised Quality Management System (QMS) standard in the world. It’s based on seven quality management principles which include having a drive for continuous improvement, strong customer focus and the involvement of top-level management. These principles create a strong framework to ensure consistent quality in the delivery of products, services, and systems to meet the needs of customers and stakeholders. The Quality Management certification demonstrates that customer satisfaction is our primary focus, and we will continue to provide our customers with the highest level of service to the highest recognisable industry standards.
The Information Security Management System (ISO 27001) certification was awarded to Adarga for compliance to information security. The certification is internationally recognised for the safe and secure management of sensitive company information. The standards are implemented through a risk management process which includes people, processes and various IT systems. Using the standards helps organisations manage the security of assets which can include financial information, intellectual property, customer details or information entrusted by third parties. The Information Security Management certification demonstrates that our products, services and systems meet the information security expectations of our customers.
