Adarga Selected to Participate in First AWS Defence Accelerator

We are pleased to announce that Adarga has been selected to participate in the first AWS Defence Accelerator. This opportunity will enable us to further scale our growth as we deliver cutting-edge artificial intelligence (AI) software to address critical information challenges presented to defence and national security organisations today.

Adarga’s AI software is helping organisations to unlock valuable insight buried within the large and ever-growing volumes of in-house and publicly available information at their disposal. Insight that can often go unnoticed, leading to missed threats and uninformed decision-making.

Delivering an always-on, always-up-to-date information analysis platform, organisations are provided with the capability to accelerate research and reporting, understand intricate relationships, and perform situational analysis at a speed and quality simply not possible previously. This opportunity will support Adarga to scale, integrate and deploy this capability more quickly across the sector to address the significant need to leverage historic lessons learnt, stay ahead of fast-moving developments and mitigate risk.

The AWS Defence Accelerator curriculum provides participating companies with technical training, business support, mentorship, coaching, and hands-on assistance with AWS Cloud. Through the accelerator, Adarga will continue to optimise its cloud-native platform, drive cost efficiency for customers and expand its reach.

Adarga was one of 10 companies chosen for this opportunity. Adarga is also a member of the AWS Partner Network and is committed to driving digital transformation at this pivotal time for defence.

Adarga CEO Rob Bassett Cross said: “As AI and other emerging technologies move to the top of the defence agenda, a cloud-native approach is fundamental to ensuring we can get mission-critical software into the hands of our users at the speed required to remain competitive. We are proud to be part of the first AWS Defence Accelerator helping us to deliver game-changing capabilities to defence, enabled by the cloud.”

“AWS looks forward to collaborating with these selected startups to accelerate their missions and help them support defence customers using cloud technology,” said Chris Hayman, Director, Public Sector UK, AWS. “Congratulations to this impressive cohort of companies, who were selected from hundreds of applicants for their innovative approaches and commitment to defence technology.”
